Search the COA library by peptide name and select the matching product and strength. Check the lot code and the results on that certificate to confirm which batch it documents.
A certificate for a different lot is not a substitute for the applicable COA. Contact our team with the product name, strength, lot code, order number, and a description of the mismatch so the documentation can be reviewed.
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, with longer processing possible during high-volume periods. After dispatch, delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days, depending on your location. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our shipping FAQs.
